Dedra started Innovations Now, LLC in 2001 to use her background and expertise in helping young adults with disabilities achieve their full potential. She handles day to day operations and specializes in higher education consulting, pre and post college consulting, employment and career counseling, and curriculum development. Dedra develops curriculum for individuals with disabilities in areas such as relationships, financial literacy, technology and more.

Hanna is the Community Engagement Specialist and Administrative Assistant here at Innovations Now. She meets with clients to help connect them with the community. Whether it's employment, looking for ways to get involved in the community or simply curious about finding more information out in the community, Hanna is here to help. Hanna is also Dr. Dedra Hafner's Administrative Assistant. Working closely with Dedra, Hanna completes behind the scenes administrative duties such as managing digital files, policies and procedures.
